Well....I have no idea what to do with this! I think it's just a way of telling people a load of bollocks that they don't really need to know....but may in some way be a little bit interested!! Well here goes!
Hi...i'm James and I play in a band called The Yabbas. We are an indie/rock covers band (but have started playing some of our own stuff as well), and play alot of pubs/club/parties, and according to alot of people, we are very good!!!
This weekend just gone we did a 2 night stay in Leeds. Gig wise all went well...drink wise things went messy. Friday wasn't too bad. 3 of us stayed at a mates house and emptied his fridge of lager and pizzas, but Saturday got rather messy! Only me and Si stayed that night. We booked into a 6 star travel lodge type place, and once we'd finished our gig decided to attempt to drink Leeds dry of lager and Jack Daniels! You know when you do something, and you loose track of time...that's Saturday. We ended up in a bar called Stone Roses, listening to indie songs of the past...Si did not like this. It was definatly dark when we went in...but in the 10 minutes we seemed to be in there.....3 hours had passed and it was 5am and sunny. Bad times when we awoke a few hours later in our hotel room. Both feeling a little green....but thankfully Si was well enough to do his hair! It was a very long drive home!
So....there you have it. My first blog....and what a load of bollocks it was too. But good bollocks....not the kinda bollocks that are itchy......there's a nice thought to leave you with!
